RECIPE: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It's sweater weather, aka Fall, Y'all! Time to blend up my most popular Fall Smoothie... Your healthylicious alternative to pumpkin pie, my Pumpkin Pie Smoothie! Currently giving the Pumpkin Spice Latte a run for its money.



RECIPE: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree (I like this brand)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (I like this brand)
  *sub in another non-dairy milk if you prefer!
1 Cup Crushed Ice
1 Tsp. Organic Cinnamon (I like this brand)
1 Tsp. Royal Maca Superfood (I like this brand) *BOOsts libido & fertility 😉
1/2 Tsp. Stevia (I like this brand)

Supplies
Blender
Measuring Spoons
Measuring Cup
Knife
Cutting Board
Cup
Straw

Directions:
1) Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend! 
2) Bottoms Up!

Pumpkin is a great source of Lutein, which comes from the Latin name 'luteus' meaning 'yellow/gold,' the natural color of pumpkin. Lutein is important for eye health! It's also a good source of protein and vitamin K, which aids in the necessary clotting of blood.
