NAP-Ercise // New Workout Trend // Your Dream Come True!

Rain always puts me in a sleepy mood... and it's raining here in NYC.

Feeling sleepy? 

Consider this is your *permission slip* to take a nap today.


If it makes you feel better, (read: you need justification), there's a NEW gym class that notes napping as the NEW working out. 

It's called Napercise.

Remember naptime in nursery school? Back when you dreaded the idea of ever going to sleep and did everything to avoid it. HA! I rue the day I ever nixed a nap... Well, Napercise is teaching (re-teaching?) adults HOW TO nap properly. You read that right.

Here's a sneak peak of David Lloyd's class (taught exclusively at David Lloyd Clubs in Europe - for now):

Who needs to go to the gym to nap?! Set your alarm for 45 minutes (length of the class) and nap wherever you are (earphones & eyemask recommended).
