RECIPE: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie {Dairy-FREE}

Double, double toil and trouble; fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

'Tis the Halloween season to brew blend up my FAVORITE fall smoothie!

RECIPE: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

~ 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree (comes in a can)
    #TatsTip the ONLY ingredient should be pumpkin! Preferably organic.
~ 1 Cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
    (OR sub in another non-dairy option like coconut milk if you prefer)
~ 1 Cup Crushed Ice, Ice Baby 
~ 1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
~ 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
~ 1 Tsp. Royal Maca Superfood <<--- BOOsts libido & fertility 
1/2 Tsp. Stevia

~ Blender
~ Measuring Spoons
~ Measuring Cup
~ Knife
~ Cup
~ Straw

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 2

Lutein (Eye Health) Did ya know? Lutein comes from the Latin name 'luteus' which means 'yellow/gold,' the natural color of a pumpkin. 
Phosphorus Is in every cell of the body, but mostly in the bones and teeth. 

And... it's also a good source of protein and vitamin K, which aids in the necessary clotting of blood.
