It's my easy peasy recipe for.... 

Weightless Watermelon Salad ~ puuurrfect for your summer picnic, par-tay, lunch or dinner...  


It's super simple to make, jam-packed with healthylicious nutrients and low-calorie - hence the weightless moniker. The less ingredients the body has to break down for digestion, the easier it is for the body to THRIVE! I'm a BIG fan of any sorta life hack to make life easier. SO, I tell my clients to keep it simple when they prepare their meals and try to...

RECIPE: Weightless Watermelon Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes
~ Organic Arugula
~ Watermelon - Whole OR chopped up into chunks
~ Cheese - Either Feta or a nut-based, vegan cheese
~ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
~ Balsamic Vinaigrette 

~ Cutting Board
~ Knife
~ Salad Bowl
~ Salad Tossers

1) Wash arugula and place it in the salad bowl.
2) Chop watermelon into 1/2 inch cubes (OR buy pre-chopped) and throw them into the salad bowl.
3) Chop the cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and toss them into the salad bowl.
4) Drizzle the EVOO and Balsamic Vinaigrette onto the salad and toss.
5) Enjoy!
