RECIPE: Sunshine Smoothie for Sparkling Skin

It's Sunshine Smoothie Time ***
I don't have quite enough Italian blood to get a golden brown tan... Sooo, I have to take extra special care of my skin to protect it from sun damage, skin cancer, and, of course, aging.

We ALL need to take preventative measures to protect our skin BOTH inside & outside. Unless you wanna end up looking like this.


I'll spare you the sunscreen spiel... BUT not the cellular spiel! We often forget what our bodies need on a cellular level {inside}. 


Well... we need foods HIGH in vitamin C, like:

Ingredients:
~ 2 Oranges 
~ 2 Carrots
~ 1/2-1" o' Ginger
~ 1 Teaspoon Tiger Nut Powder {I like Organic Gemini Tiger Nut Flour}
~ 1/2 Cup o' Water

Only 5 ingredients ~ Keep It Under 5 To Thrive!™ 

Supplies:~ Blender / VitaMix / Nutribullet
~ Knife
~ Cutting Board 
~ Measuring Cup
~ Measuring Spoons

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1 person 

Directions:
1. Pour water into the blender.
2. Wash, chop and toss ingredients into the blender {squeeze the oranges 1st!} and blend, baby, blend!
3. Add a teaspoon of Tiger Nut Powder and blend.
4. Refrigerate and Serve.
5. Enjoy!!!
