Healthy Superbowl Snacks {and Drinks}


Did ya know the sale of antacids, (Prilosec, TUMS etc.), increases by 20% the Monday after Superbowl Sunday?! 

Poppin' pills just doesn't work!
GEAR UP FOR GAME DAY with my healthy Superbowl snacks {and drinks} to avoid acid reflux hell and beer gut:

1) Good Ole Guacamole (or my GuACKamole recipe) and Chips. I dig Late July Organic Snack Chips{You can find them at your local health food store, Whole Foods, Fairway, and Trader Joe's.}

2) Annie Chun's Seaweed Snacks ~ They come in many flava flaves including: sesame, wasabi etc. {You can find them at your local health food store, Whole Foods, Fairway, and Trader Joe's.}

3) Lighten up with these light beers to avoid a beer belly.

Tats Tip: Alternate between a beer and a glass of water to keep your body hydrated and avoid being that token drunk guy/gal.
