Love Potions: 5 Foods to Get You in the Mood

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and whether you are coupled up or single and ready to mingle, I want you to load up your love arsenal with foods that feed your sex drive, so that you're ready to get your groove on when the mood strikes... 

So, eat these foods to rev up your engine... VROOM, VROOM!!! ;)

Aphrodisiac Foods:

Avocados - Full of vitamin E which makes your body produce hormones like testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone, stimulating sexual responses like clitoral swelling and vaginal lubrication and increasing the intensity of the BIG O. Kinda of looks like a va-jay-jay too, right?

Bananas This phallic fruit is jam packed with potassium, which contributes to muscle strength... Think about it ;)

Hot Chilies - Capsaicin, a chemical found in peppers, increases circulation to get blood a pumping while stimulating nerve endings. 

Pineapples - Sweeten up your juices and "lift" your libido with  this healthylicious fruit. Ehem, men... 

Dark Chocolate - Releases phenyl ethylamine in the brain, the same compound released during sex.
