Healthy Superbowl Snacks - SCORE!

Gear up for GAME DAY with my healthy Superbowl snack ideas to help you steer clear of that beer belly and score a touchdown with your six pack savvy friends!

1) GuACKamole - AKA Guacamole, (my Nantucket version of good ole guac). I like to pair it up with some all natural, NO-GMO, gluten-free, low sodiumFood Should Taste Good chips. They have a  wide variety of flavors, like Multigrain, (my fave to pair w/guac),  which you can buy at your local grocery, Whole Foods, Trader Joes's, or health food store.

2) Kick A$$ Kale Chips - For those of you who want something with lil bit o' crunch, but don't want to go for the artery cloggin' potato chips. If you don't have time to bake up your own batch, try NY Naturals Kale Chips - they come in a variety of flava flaves including: vegan cheese, bombay ranch, spicy miso, salt & vingar and MORE!

3) Hummus & Veggies - I like to get fresh made hummus at my local health food store, but if you can't do that, Sabra class hummus. Get some baby carrots, peppers, and celery to dip baby dip.

As for the booze.... go for a light beer AND alternate between a beer and a glass of water to keep your body hydrated. Curious about calorie count?! Get the 411 on the LOW CAL beers here --> list of beers.

Still not sure who I'm rooting for... Any suggestions, peops?!?!

Blissfully Yours,
