1) GuACKamole - AKA Guacamole, (The Nantucket version of good ole guac). I like to pair it up with some all natural, gluten-free, low sodium, Food Should Taste Good chips. They have a wide variety of flavors, like Multigrain, (my fave to pair w/guac), which you can buy at your local grocery or health food store.
2) Kick A$$ Kale Chips - For those of you who want something with lil bit o' crunch, but don't want to go for the chips.
3) Hummus & Veggies - I like to get fresh made hummus at my local health food store, but if you can't do that, Sabra class hummus. Get some baby carrots, peppers, and celery to dip baby dip.
As for the booze... go for a light beer and alternate between a beer and a glass of water to keep your body hydrated. Curious about calorie count? Check out this list of beers to get the 411 on the low cal beers.
GO G-MEN!!!!!! (I'm a native New Yorker, born and bred baby!)
