RECIPE: GuACKamole {Guacamole with a twist}

The other night I made a delicious batch of GuACKamole, (yes, I said 'GuACKamole,' my Nantucket version of 'Guacamole'). For all you non-islanders, ACK is the FAA's 3 letter code for Nantucket Memorial Airport, but us islanders have taken to affectionately calling Nantucket 'ACK.' Sooo, if you're looking for a healthy snack or an hors d'oeuvres for a partay, try my GuACKamole recipe... 

GuACKamole Recipe 


Ingredients:
~ 2 Avocados
~ 1 Red Onion (you can use any onion you fancy.... I love the taste of the sweet Red ones)
~ 1 Garlic Clove
~ 1 Tomato
~ 1/2 Lime, juiced
~ Handful of Cilantro

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 hungry peops

Directions:
1. Peel and mash the avocados, (use a potato masher if you have one), in a serving bowl. Stir in the onion, garlic, tomato and lime juice.
2. Chill for a 1/2 hour to blend the flava flaves.
