As you head outta town for the 4th of July weekend... to the Hamptons, Nantucket, Jersey Shore etc. and begin to ponder just how you are going to manage to keep up with your diet and fitness regime while maintaining a jam packed party schedule, have no fear! 1) Pick your Protein Prudently. Burgers and Hot Dogs are staples of any legit BBQ, BUT if you wanna cut back on calories, opt for an organic, grass-fed beef. Here's what I recommend...
